You can pick up your order at your desired location once you have been informed it is ready at the following times:
Office Hours (when you can visit the store to pick up or drop off gold):
Mon - Fri: 12 - 4 pm
Sat: Cupertino and Sausalito are Closed, Fremont is open 12-4
The demand for physical gold and silver has increased at least 10 fold over the past few weeks. Almost all retailers AND wholesalers that supply the nation’s retailers are out of stock. The next few weeks of production from most mints has also been sold and many mints have stopped taking orders. Some mints have shut down until protocols can be implemented to protect their employees.
We have a lot of bullion products on the way to our vaults starting this week and extending over the next few weeks. As those shipments come in our vault personnel will prepare orders in the order they were received. We will then call and/or email you if you have an existing order to let you know when you can pick up. Social distancing protocols will be observed in our offices. A government issued ID will be required for pick up if we don’t already know you. A fingerprint will also be required.
